MY STORY

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been searching for a deeper connection to life — to Spirit, to the Earth, and to the truth of who I am. That search led me across many lands and through many teachings. Years ago, I found myself in India, immersed in sacred yoga practices and the study of ancient texts with Indian monks. From there, life guided me to Bali, where I spent time teaching yoga and facilitating Yoga Teacher Training, sharing the teachings of breath, movement, and mindfulness with people from all around the world.

Yet, through all these explorations, something inside of me kept whispering — reminding me that the true medicine is simple, rooted, and ancient. Eventually, this whisper became a call that took me back to the wisdom of the Earth, the Cosmos, and the ways of the ancestors.

Four years ago, I followed that call to Guatemala, where I began a deep journey of learning and service alongside Mayan elders and communities. I lived, worked, and prayed with the people of these lands, learning not only the sacred healing modalities but also the Mayan way of life — a way woven with deep connection to the elements, the fire, the Earth, and the unseen worlds.

Today, I carry the medicine of Mayan abdominal massage, cacao ceremonies, limpia (deep cleansing ceremonies), and fire ceremonies, together with the ancient wisdom of Mayan cosmology and the sacred calendar. I offer this work humbly, as a woman in service — not as a healer, but as a channel for the healing that flows through all of us.

Through my offerings, I support conscious souls to reconnect with their ancestral wisdom, their bodies, their wombs, their hearts — and to bring their soul-aligned gifts into the world with courage and authenticity.
